Omron Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager develops, implements, executes, monitors and evaluates human resources strategies, policies and practices to support and achieve regional annual and mid-term business plans and objectives. Responsible for the promotion of corporate ethics in the organization. Member of MSM. Member of OHQ Global HR network. Part of regional OMRON HR network.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, execute, monitor and review (generic and specific) HR strategies, policies, processes, instruments and systems in all relevant HR domains, such as talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, (people, team and organizational) development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, health and safety, amongst others.
- Provide and ensure visible, accessible, and trusted HR business partner support towards MSM members and management in North America and Canada. In collaboration with OHQ GHRD re OHQ core positions.
- Develop recruitment, retention and employee engagement strategies and goals to ensure the best possible people staffing and organizational performance. Initiate and drive organizational development based on business needs.
- Drive the annual performance and talent management cycle process across the region regarding performance development reviews, performance improvement activities, mid-year reviews, personal development planning, talent identification and succession planning.
- Implement and maintain job and reward framework - based on a global job evaluation methodology - and compensation & benefits strategy, processes, tools, instruments across the region. Manage the annual compensation review process. Ensure solid personnel (HRMS system) and payroll administration, that meets local legal compliance and governance requirements. Provide timely and accurate HR management information for the business based on key performance indicators.
- Lead regional HR projects based on business objectives. Participate in global HR projects. Contribute to mergers, acquisitions and, or joint ventures where applicable.
- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations for all relevant statutes and prepares information requested or required for compliance. Coordinates and supports audits/reviews by corporate Human Resources and government agencies. Oversees maintenance of all personnel, payroll and related files to meet all state, federal, and company regulations.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- MBA and PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources with 3 years in a senior HRBP and or HRM position, within a commercial and international setting.
- Working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practice areas of recruitment, compensation, performance, safety and employee relations.
- Travel requirements: Approx. 10%
